Refund eligibility
- • Unused eSIM purchases are eligible for a refund when requested within 7 days of purchase, as long as the eSIM has not been activated.
- • Installing an eSIM does not affect eligibility because your plan only starts on first use at your destination. Activated or partially used eSIMs are normally not refundable.
- • If we cannot deliver valid installation details, contact support and include your order reference.
- • Our support team reviews refund requests and confirms the outcome by email.
- • This policy does not limit any longer withdrawal, cancellation, or refund rights provided by applicable law.
