1. Introduction
This Acceptable Use Policy applies to every person who accesses or uses Pelesim. It forms part of the Terms of Service. Its purpose is to protect customers, payment systems, eSIM inventory, suppliers, mobile networks, and the security and availability of the service.
2. Illegal, fraudulent, or abusive activity
You may not use Pelesim to:
- Violate any local, national, or international law or regulation.
- Commit or facilitate fraud, scams, identity theft, money laundering, or payment abuse.
- Use stolen payment methods, false identities, or unauthorized accounts.
- Evade sanctions, export controls, geographic restrictions, or provider requirements.
- Harass, threaten, exploit, or harm another person.
3. Account and security violations
- Do not access another person's account or eSIM details without permission.
- Do not share, sell, or transfer account credentials or login codes.
- Do not probe, scan, or test our systems for vulnerabilities without written authorization.
- Do not introduce malware, malicious code, automated attacks, or traffic intended to disrupt the service.
- Do not bypass authentication, rate limits, access controls, billing, usage limits, or fraud checks.
4. Payment, refund, and promotion abuse
- Do not initiate dishonest chargebacks or refund claims after an eSIM or top-up has been delivered or used.
- Do not repeatedly create accounts or abandon checkouts to exploit promotions, referral benefits, or discounts.
- Do not use payment credentials unless you are authorized by the account holder.
- Do not manipulate billing country, tax, currency, marketplace, or purchase data to avoid lawful charges.
5. Scraping, automation, and interference
- Do not scrape plans, prices, availability, customer data, account data, or private APIs without permission.
- Do not use bots or scripts to create accounts, reserve inventory, place orders, or overload endpoints.
- Do not reverse engineer, decompile, copy, or attempt to extract non-public source code or provider credentials.
- Do not interfere with checkout, fulfillment, usage reporting, support, or another customer's access.
Normal indexing by reputable search engines that follows our published crawler rules is not prohibited by this section.
6. eSIM and provider misuse
- Do not resell, sublicense, white-label, or commercially redistribute plans without written authorization.
- Do not transfer installation details or activation credentials to an unauthorized person.
- Do not manipulate an ICCID, activation code, provider request, usage record, plan status, or top-up association.
- Do not use a plan outside its intended destination, validity, device, or supplier restrictions.
- Do not use the service in a way that harms or circumvents an eSIM supplier or mobile network.
7. Intellectual property and impersonation
- Do not infringe copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, privacy rights, or other rights.
- Do not impersonate Pelesim, Configo LTD, a supplier, a mobile network, or another customer.
- Do not use Pelesim branding, content, or documentation to mislead customers or operate a competing service.
8. Monitoring and investigation
We may review account, payment, order, device, network, provider, and usage signals where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, protect the service, investigate a suspected violation, respond to support, or comply with law. Monitoring will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Enforcement
Depending on the nature and severity of a violation, we may:
- Issue a warning or request additional verification.
- Block a transaction, promotion, payment method, device, IP address, or account.
- Suspend or terminate access and revoke unused digital inventory where legally permitted.
- Preserve evidence, seek recovery of losses, or report activity to providers, payment processors, app marketplaces, regulators, or law enforcement.
We may act immediately when delay could expose customers, providers, networks, or the service to harm.
10. Reporting and contact

11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to address new abuse patterns, service changes, provider requirements, or legal obligations. The revised date will appear at the top of this page. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised policy.
