Pelesim Partner Program Agreement

Between Configo LTD and you. Version 2026-08-13.

1. The parties and what this covers

This agreement is between Configo LTD d.b.a Pelesim, of 16 Helkikei HaOr, Beersheba, Israel ("Pelesim," "we," "us"), and the person or company whose partner account accepts it ("you," "the partner"). Configo LTD is the contracting party and is the party responsible for paying partner commission.

It governs your partner account, the Partner Portal, and your participation in any Pelesim partner programme. The commercial terms of the programme you are enrolled in are set out in a schedule. Today the affiliate programme in Schedule A is the only programme open. Reseller, co-branded store, and API partnerships, if they launch, will each carry their own schedule with their own terms.

Your use of Pelesim as a customer remains governed by our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy. Where they conflict with this agreement on a partner matter, this agreement governs.

2. Applying, approval, and your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement.
  • Your application must be accurate, including your legal name, country, audience, and how you promote.
  • Approval is at our discretion and is never automatic. We may decline an application without giving a detailed reason, and we may ask for more information before deciding.
  • Approval of your account and permission to earn commission are two separate decisions. Referral links and discount codes exist only once both are in place.
  • One account per person or company. Keep your email and payout details current and secure; anything done through your account is treated as done by you.

3. What you may do with our brand

While your account is active we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the Pelesim name, logo, and the promotional material we supply, for the sole purpose of promoting Pelesim under this agreement. You may not alter our marks, register them or anything confusingly similar, use them in a domain name, app name, or social handle, or present yourself as Pelesim.

Everything you create to promote us stays yours. Everything we supply stays ours. The referral links, discount codes, public link identifiers, and reporting we generate for you are ours and are licensed to you for use while your account is active.

4. Disclosure

You must clearly disclose your financial relationship with Pelesim wherever you recommend us. The disclosure must be easy to notice and close to the recommendation itself, in the same language as the content, and not hidden behind a link, a hashtag pile, or the word "affiliate" on its own. This is a legal requirement in many markets, including under the United States FTC endorsement guides, and it is a condition of this agreement everywhere.

5. Prohibited conduct

Being a partner does not permit any of the following, and doing any of it is a breach of this agreement:

  • Self-referral: earning on your own purchases, or on those of accounts, households, or businesses you control, however the order is placed.
  • Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, auto-redirects, pop-unders, iframes, browser extensions, or anything else that records a referral the visitor did not choose to make.
  • Bidding on Pelesim brand terms, our misspellings, or our domain in paid search, and running ads that could be mistaken for our own.
  • Claims about coverage, speed, price, refunds, or availability that our own pages do not make, and any statement that is misleading about what a Pelesim eSIM does.
  • Unsolicited email, SMS, or messaging; posting to coupon and deal aggregators without our prior written approval; and any placement on content that is illegal, hateful, or adult.
  • Reselling, sublicensing, or transferring your links, codes, or account to anyone else.
  • Anything that would breach our Acceptable Use Policy.

6. Attribution, tracking, and our records

Commission is earned only on sales our own systems attribute to you under the schedule in force at the time of the sale. Attribution is determined by Pelesim's records, which are the authoritative source. We are not responsible for sales that go unattributed because a visitor blocked or cleared cookies, used a different device or browser before signing in, declined non-essential cookies where consent is required, or reached us through a channel the schedule does not cover.

We may change how attribution works, including the tracking window, for future sales. We will not retroactively change the terms of a commission that has already been created: each one records the rate and rules it was created under.

7. What you may see about customers

Your reporting shows what a sale was worth and what it earned you. It never shows the customer's name, email address, payment details, eSIM identifiers, or exact IP address, and you must not attempt to identify a customer from it or to combine it with other data to do so. Personal data we hold about travellers is processed under our Privacy Policy; you are not a processor of it and you receive none of it under this agreement.

8. Payment, reversals, and tax

  • Commission accrues in the currency stated on your statement and is paid by the method named in the schedule, after you request a payout and we approve it.
  • A refund, chargeback, dispute, fraudulent order, or order that turns out to be ineligible reverses the commission it earned, in whole or in proportion. A reversal that arrives after you have been paid is carried against your future balance.
  • We may withhold or delay a payout while an account, an order, or a payout address is under review, and we may set off any amount you owe us against any amount we owe you.
  • You are responsible for your own taxes, including any income tax, VAT, or other charge arising on your commission, and for giving us the tax information or documents we reasonably need before paying you. Where law requires us to withhold, we will withhold and pay you the balance.
  • Partners in Israel. An Israeli partner account must be a registered business here, an osek murshe or a company, because we pay against a tax invoice you issue. Your account carries that business number and the address that appears on your invoices. Each payout is your commission plus VAT at the statutory rate, and the rate recorded when a payout is requested is the one that payout is paid under.
  • You are an independent contractor. Nothing here creates employment, partnership, agency, or a joint venture, and you may not enter into any obligation on our behalf.

9. Audit and investigation

We may review traffic, referrals, orders, and payouts on your account at any time, and may hold a commission or a payout while we do. We will not close an account on an automated signal alone: a person reviews it. If we conclude that commission was earned in breach of this agreement, we may reverse it, withhold it, and recover any amount already paid.

10. Suspension, termination, and what survives

Either of us may end this agreement at any time, for any reason, with notice through the portal or by email. We may suspend your account or your permission to earn immediately where we reasonably suspect a breach, fraud, or a legal risk.

On termination your licence to use our brand ends and you must stop promoting Pelesim and remove our marks from your material. Commission properly earned before termination is paid on the normal schedule once the pending period has passed, unless the termination was for a breach of section 5 or 9, in which case unpaid commission may be forfeited. Sections 3, 6, 7, 8, 9, 11, and 12 survive.

11. Warranties and liability

The partner programme, the portal, and its reporting are provided as they are. We do not guarantee any level of traffic, conversion, earnings, or uptime, and we do not guarantee that the programme will continue in its current form.

To the extent the law allows, neither of us is liable to the other for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, or goodwill. Our total liability under this agreement is limited to the commission we have paid or owe you for the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You will indemnify us against claims arising from your promotion of Pelesim, including a failure to disclose, a misleading claim you made, or a breach of section 5.

12. Changes, governing law, and contact

We may update this agreement or a schedule. A material change is presented in the portal for acceptance, and your record keeps the version you accepted. Changes to commercial terms apply to sales made after they take effect and never to commission already earned.

This agreement is governed by the laws of Israel, and the competent courts of Israel have jurisdiction, except where applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere. Contact us at info [at] pelesim.com or through our support form.

Schedule A: Affiliate Program

The commercial terms of the affiliate programme, which is the programme open today. These are the terms in force now; each commission you earn permanently records the terms it was created under.

  • Commission. 15% of what the customer pays for the goods on an eligible sale: the price after any discount and excluding VAT or any other sales tax. Where a customer pays a VAT-inclusive price, the VAT is taken out of both the price and the discount before the commission is worked out, because that tax was never Pelesim's revenue. Some partners hold a different rate by written arrangement, which their portal shows.
  • Eligible sales. eSIM plans and top-ups bought through Pelesim while your attribution is live. Tax, refunded value, free and complimentary orders, reissues, replacements, orders placed through a support session, test payments, and your own purchases are all excluded.
  • Attribution. The last eligible partner touch wins, and it stays live for 30 days from the click. A direct, organic, or ordinary paid visit does not displace it. A Pelesim discount code you were issued attributes the purchase it is used on, and takes precedence over a link touch for that purchase, including one belonging to another partner.
  • Customer discount. Where we make discount codes available to you, the discount you may offer is set by us within a range, and the commission is calculated after that discount.
  • Pending period. Commission is held for 45 days from the sale so refunds and disputes can settle. After that it becomes available, provided your account is in good standing and no refund, dispute, or review is open on it.
  • Payouts. Requested by you once your available balance reaches $50, and paid by PayPal to the address on your account. The minimum is measured on the commission itself, before any VAT added under section 8. Payouts are processed manually and are usually sent within ten business days of approval. A change of payout address is verified by email and pauses payouts for seven days.
  • Fees. We pay the commission stated. Any fee your payment provider charges to receive it, and any currency conversion, is yours.
  • Reversals. A refund reverses the same proportion of the commission. A dispute holds it until the dispute closes, then reverses or releases it. A negative balance is carried against future commission.
  • Inactivity. We may close an account that has earned nothing for twelve consecutive months after telling you by email.
