What does unlimited mean exactly?
Every day of your plan includes 1 GB of data at full speed. After that you keep unlimited data at reduced speed until the day resets. There are no overage charges and no surprise fees - this fair-use policy is the whole fine print, and it is shown again at checkout.
Which countries does it cover?

Can I visit several countries on one trip?
Yes, that is the point of this eSIM. It connects to local networks as you move between covered countries, with nothing to switch, scan, or reinstall along the way.
When does my plan start?
Validity starts when the eSIM first connects to a network at a covered destination, not when you install it. Install it at home whenever you like - it will not start counting until you arrive.
What if my trip runs longer than my plan?
While your plan is active you can extend it by 1 to 30 days from your Pelesim dashboard, priced per day. If the plan has already ended, you can buy a new one in a couple of minutes.
Can I use it as a hotspot?
Yes, hotspot and tethering are supported. Sharing data with a laptop uses your full-speed allowance faster, so expect reduced speed sooner on heavy hotspot days.
Is a fixed data plan cheaper for my trip?
Often, yes. If you know roughly how much data you need and you are visiting one country, a fixed plan for that destination usually costs less. Unlimited is built for multi-country trips and for travelers who do not want to think about data at all.
What if it does not work for me?
You get a full refund within 30 days of purchase if the eSIM has not been activated, and our support team helps with installation, activation, and connection issues while you travel.
